Austin Quinn

Owner & Chef

With several decades of experience in hotels, restaurants, catering, and abroad in Europe and southeast Asia, Austin and his team have worked hard to build a reputation of genuine hospitality.  Growing up in Montana, Austin’s goal was, and still is, to share his passion for the culinary arts and service industry with his clients from far away places and those that also consider this great state their home. He’s here with you every step of the planning process to ensure your special day is a reflection of the most important people involved: you and your loved ones.

Paige Mullin

Operations Manager

Paige has been enamored with food, weddings and events since she was a kid, having been the flower girl in relative’s weddings, spending time daily in the kitchen with her mom and having planned birthday parties as she got older. Paige studied culinary arts and event management at Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado, where she then worked for a renowned catering and event design company for 8 years gaining experience in every facet of the event world. In response to the pandemic closures, Paige moved to Montana and fell in love with its natural beauty (and change of place!). There is nothing that brings Paige more purpose than brining joy to people through food and sharing in life’s most special moments.

Paige also has her own wedding and event planning business, “11 Eleven”, that we offer services for.
