We love this vegan plate. Cauliflower steaks, truffle romesco and toasted pine nuts. It's fun with chili/lime pepitas as well :)
Local greens, anise and carrot puree, lentils, and root vegetables seasoned with grilled citrus.
This one is my most fun. Blackberry and herb marinated mozzarella skewers. We have fresh basil and mint Sandwiched in between the two and lime salt to to finish.
Another star. Kale chiffonade, creamy lemon vinaigrette, plumped dried Flathead cherries, toasted almonds, and fire roasted corn.

Let me introduce some corn elote. Sometimes we have it on the cob and sometimes we don't, but its amazing either way: roasted corn, chili and lime aioli, spiced pepitas, cilantro, a dash of smoked paprika, and cotija. Can't get enough in the summer h

Stuffed chicken breast. Inside there is herbed goat cheese and sauteed mushrooms. Lightly smoked cherry tomatoes are hanging out next this with pesto on bottom and fresh Thai basil on top.
